Refund policy

Return requests can be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is incorrect or damaged due to an error on our part.
* If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
